The brief

Completed in late 2014, Plymouth University's £7 million performing arts centre - The House - features world class facilities including a 200 seat, flexible studio theatre. To showcase this incredible new space, Plymouth University commissioned TruVision to create a true-to-life rendition of the space in virtual reality.

The project

From the designs supplied by the architects of The House, we created a virtual reality project for the Oculus Rift which allowed the user to view the building, explore the space and appreciate the quality of the facilities available.

The result

Plymouth University were blown away by the quality of the project and are planning to utilise it at upcoming UCAS fairs and other events to show potential students, who possibly may not be able to attend an open day, the quality of the facilities they are providing.
